Post-delivery issues in Live Steering: Hub and Employee levels š²
Starting Wednesday, 20.11., post-delivery issues will be available in the Activity/Live Steering dashboards at both hub and employee levels.
How this metric is calculated:
āNumber of orders with reported post-delivery issues (missing/wrong/damaged/perished) divided by the number of orders picked.
Note: this data includes post-order issues flagged by the customer on the current day. Issues reported by the customer on the following day will not be included. As such, this number might not always match the number on your next-day Looker reports.

Stock check improvements ā
Weāve made updates to our stock check logic, which improves the number of relevant checks while reducing unnecessary ones. For example, checks are now removed once stock levels reach 0.
To maintain accurate stock levels and maximize the effectiveness of these checks, please complete them as soon as possible.
Weāre committed to ongoing improvements and will continue refining this process to support your efforts.

Orders stuck in picking Slack alerts š¦
As most of you still experience, sometimes orders get stuck in the picking alerts and remain unnoticed until a customer complains.
We have introduced Slack notifications in your hub's Customer Care channel when we suspect that this is happening. The hub account will be tagged there.
The team is working on a solution to decrease this issue, but we need your support to better understand the context. As such, please take a few minutes to fill in this survey, sharing your experience with orders stuck in picking. Your input will help us understand better what is happening. Thank you š

Why do we do shelf changes?
Shelf changes are primarily made to optimize product placement, such as moving items from an S to an XS shelf. This allows the shelves to be listed in more hubs than they currently are, expanding the assortmentās size across all hubs rather than concentrating it in only the larger L or XL hubs.
For example, by consolidating products on an S shelf, we can free up space on a relatively empty M shelf and streamline product placement from top to bottom.
This process will continue in the near future as we work to broaden our assortment. Expanding our assortment ultimately increases the potential basket size for customers.
If you notice products that donāt fit the shelves when following the facings, flag them via the āFacings feedbackā option in Hub Alert.
