Download the Flink cleaning schedule on the hub’s computer
To ensure that the hubs have an overview of the cleaning tasks, it is essential to keep the Flink Cleaning schedule on the hub’s computer. Here, you can review the tasks and assign names to completed work. This will also be checked during the audits.

Guidelines for storage of bananas and BIO bananas
Bananas are the most sold item within Flink. To ensure that we are giving our bananas a longer shelf life, it’s essential that we store them correctly. On top of that, BIO bananas have a special set of rules on storage.
Ensure that you store your bananas as follows:
BIO bananas in the GREEN crate - with a clear BIO banana label on them.
Premium bananas in the BLACK crate - with a clear PREMIUM banana label on them.
Ensure that all plastic has been removed from the bananas
Ensure that you store your bananas using FIFO.
BIO bananas must not be stored in a shelf with other products or close to the regular bananas. This is especially important to ensure that no cross contamination occurs.
When picking, pack the BIO bananas in a separate bag before placing it with other products.
