[Action 🚨] New BHV dates available

New BHV training dates for July until October are available. During August, we will not host any BHV sessions due to the holiday period. Everyone that still has to do the first time training, along with those whose certification is expiring before November, are urged to sign up for one of these training sessions.

All BHV training certificates are valid for 1 year.

All first time participants must complete the e-learning prior to the physical training date.
All OA+, Shift Leads and Hub Managers must have a valid BHV certificate.

Access the BHV sign up form here.

[Action 🚨] Temperature tracker

Most of the hubs have already received a thermometer in the past few days. You should install it on top of the last shelf and send a picture of the installation via this link.

Why is this important?

  • We can track the temperatures of the hubs centrally to have a better understanding of the situations in the hubs.

  • We can identify faster if we have a faulty air conditioning system and act accordingly.

Here is a guide that can answer most of the questions that you have.

[Insight 💡] Stadsbakkerij security codes / No tags!

The delivery drivers of Stadsbakkerij all need to use a security code to enter the hub. They are not permitted to use a tag to enter the hub. The codes of the lockbox should also not be known to the drivers of Stadsakkerij or any other delivery company.

Why is this important?

  • We need to have a clear overview of delivery times from the bakery.

  • We need to be able to chase the bakery when the use of the alarm system is incorrect.

  • Delivery drivers rotate and we do not want just anyone to have access to our hubs (security codes changes frequently to ensure safety).

What to do now?

  • If you have given the bakery a tag, make sure this is either deactivated on the Securitas Tag Nrs.xlsx or received back.

[Action 🚨] Shelf changes for Hub 3.0

In today's shelf changes, there are some products currently placed on shelf 999X that will be assigned to a new shelf.

Additionally, it may also happen that some products appear as “New listings”, but you might already have them in stock on shelf 999x. Please check there, and in case you can’t find them, that means you haven’t received them yet.

List of shelf changes for Hub 3.0: here

The shelf changes will be uploaded to the respective folder in the late afternoon, so check around that time.

[Insight💡] New exit screen for order picking - Live Wed 17th July

Whenever you were picking and pressed the ‘back’ button to exit the picking flow, the order got stuck within the flow. We have corrected this mistake!

On Wed 17th July, Pickers will see an extra screen when leaving the picking flow that instructs them to go back to the order to complete it.

This will help to avoid “invisible orders” that are stuck in the picking state.
