š”Overstock Checker
We developed the Overstock Checker Dashboard to help address the frequent posts from hubs about SKUs that appear to be overstocked but might have upcoming promotions.
In this new dashboard, you can search for a specific SKU and quickly see its overstock status, along with its number of days on stock in the hub and the dates of any upcoming promotions.
Hereās how it works:
Open the Overstock Checker Dashboard
Select your hub and search for a specific SKU
ā You can export/print the list by right clicking on the table.

š”Nominating someone for an Ops Associate + role
The process for nominating new Ops Associate + is live! You can see the full process in the Hub Wiki page.
Hereās how it works:
Nomination: the Hub Manager aligns a nomination with the City Manager. With a successful alignment, the Hub Manager nominates the OA+ via this form. The Hub Manager and the candidate then receive an email about the onboarding process to follow.
Onboarding: in order to be eligible to do an OA+ shift, the nominee has to fulfil a critical basis training on BHV and complete the safety assessment successfully.
The other required practices and process training can be found in the Hub Wiki page.

š”EduMe for onboarding new joiners
Starting from tomorrow (26 June), all new joiners will need to complete the Onboarding Training in a new platform: EduMe.
Hereās how it works:
The flow is exactly the same as it is now.
New joiners will receive the training link in the onboarding welcome email.
The only difference is that instead of being hosted in Northpass, the OB training is now hosted in the EduMe platform.
The reminders for new joiners will of course lead to Edume links as well.
For older employees, nothing changes. They'll still be able to access Northpass

š”Quality & delivery issues: week 25
1. Missing barcode/label on packaging
Description: no Barcode/label on fruits (e.g.: grapes, cherries)
Action taken by SC: report with the supplier in case of a missing label.
Action for the hub: it can happen occasionally that a product has no label on the box. Please flag it via HubAlert. For fruits & vegetables without a THT, we can still sell them.
2.Quality issue: Kersen schaal
Description: poor quality delivery.
Action taken by SC: we stopped purchasing them for a few days until a new sort of Kersen was available. You will receive them Wednesday.
Action for the hub: raise a Hub Alert ticket whenever you see quality issues. Include photos.
3.Quality issue: Druiven Wit Pitloos 500g
Description: brown skin and mold on Druiven Wit Pitloos.
Action taken by SC: asked supplier to do extra checks
Action for the hub: sugar can cause the grapes to discolor slightly. Check carefully and only outbound them if they are brown and bruised.
Important: we kindly request that you use Hub Alert in case of delivery or quality problems to facilitate a follow-up. Thank you @nl-hub-manager
