Everyone that still has to do the first time training, along with those whose certification is expiring before September, are urged to sign up for one of these training sessions. Access the BHV sign-up form here.

All nominated OA+ employees must complete it before 1 July 2024.

🚨Inbounding DESADV Update - Live Wednesday 19 June

We can now match each SKU with the expected quantity from the supplier data after scanning a SSCC barcode on the rolli. Please find below what changes for you inside the hub.

Please make sure the Zebras are up-to-date!

Here’s how it works:

  1. Login in HubOne, navigate to Inbounding and select a delivery (eg. Lekkerland) and scan the SSCC label of the Lekkerland rollie

  1. Please note, it’s very important for this feature to work that the OA scans the ‘right’ SSCC label on the rollie that they are inbounding.

  2. Now, when adding a product to the list (that we can find on the underlying supplier data), HubOne prefills the product's quantity and shows the expected units (HU or SU).

  3. If the prefilled quantity matches the received amount, you need to confirm the quantity by tapping on the tick mark icon.

  4. If these numbers aren’t matching the reality, you can adjust the amount of received HUs by tapping on it and editing it.

Shelf Changes

____________________________________

🚨 Shelf changes for Hub 3.0 and Hub 2.0

On today's shelf changes, due to some distribution changes, there are some products currently placed on shelf 999X that will be assigned to a new shelf and vice-versa.

It might happen that some products appear as “new listings”, but you might already have them in stock on shelf 999x. Please check there. If you can’t find them there, it means you haven’t received them yet.

List of shelf changes for Hub 3.0 and Hub 2.0:

The shelf changes will be uploaded to the respective folder in the late afternoon, so check around that time.

Note: the hubs nl_alm_buit and nl_dor_cent will have around 80 shelf changes due to the recent rebuilds.

🚨 Hub 3.0 only: shelf height adjustment

As previously announced by Marina in the nl_hub_managers channel, Hubs 3.0 need to adjust the height of 3 shelves. To find the corresponding shelf for your hub, please check your own floor plan. The adjustments are the following:

  • D11: level A needs to be lowered by 5 cm. Rest stays the same.

  • D24: level A needs to be lowered by 5 cm. Rest stays the same.

  • D43 (only for S and bigger): level A needs to be lowered by 10 cm. Rest stays the same.

Below, you’ll find an illustration of the adjustments. The A level should stay 180cm from the floor. This is the maximum picking height that we want throughout the hub.

The corresponding shelf changes will be done next Tuesday 18/06, so please make sure to adjust them before the shelf changes come into action.

🚨 Building new racks for XL Hubs

  • For all the XL hubs, we will build 3 more racks (D58, D59, D60). This will provide more space for July listings.

  • You can find the corresponding numbers for your hub in your floorplans.

  • The estimated time for building 3 racks is approximately 1 hour. You can find the instructions here.

  • The deadline for this task is Friday, June 21st.
