💡 Bundle mitigation is back 🚀

The mitigation for bundles is back and should reduce the amount of zero stock orders you get due to bundles.

Here’s how it works:

There are two types of bundle fixes:

  1. Products we sell as EITHER as bundle OR as single:

    1. Mainly for F&V & Fresh Products.

    2. We sell these products only as bundles until the stock level falls below 3x the bundle quantity.

    3. After that, we hide the bundle and sell the products as singles only.

  2. Products we sell as bundle AND as single at the same time:

    1. For these products, the bundle will show as ‘Out of Stock’ once the stock level falls below 3x the bundle quantity.

💡 New safeguard when manually assigning trips

Before it was possible that, while manually assigning a trip to a rider, the stack would change in the middle of this process. Then the wrong stack would be assigned, and it could cause other issues, such as the same order appearing constantly on the picker phones. This is now fixed!

What’s changed?

If the trip changes while you try to assign it to a Rider, you receive the following message asking you to try again:

When this happens, close the trip assignment menu. Reevaluate the current status of the hub and determine which trips to assign.

🚨New BHV training dates available

Find the new dates in the BHV Master sheet.

Important to note:

  • First time BHV trainees need to do an e-learning course and face-to-face training.

  • Repeat trainees need to redo the physical training (no e-learning) after 1 year, because their BHV certificate is only valid for 1 year.

  • We are lawfully required to have 1 first aider on site during operational hours. Therefore, all Hub Managers, Shift Leads and Ops+ must have a valid training certificate.

  • All first-aid certificates should be placed at the back of your BHV plan or printed out and displayed against the wall at the Shift Lead’s desk.

ℹ️ More information on the BHV course here

🚨Update evacuation plans on zendesk

Update your hub's latest evacuation plan in the Evacuation plans NL folder before 30 April 2024:

  • Make sure to update this on a google .docx file so that changes can be easily done.

  • The plan should be updated in both English and Dutch.

The hubs that still need to upload their emergency plan/missing information can see here their Emergency plan tracker.
