Hub Ops / New Processes

🚨New Fresh Check / TGTG Guidelines 👩🏼🌾
We have designed new Fresh Check / Too Good To Go guidelines for Ops Associates on shift to refer to if they are in doubt when to keep, sell via TGTG or outbound a fresh product. This should help hubs to bring waste down on fresh items.
Here’s how it works:
Only fresh items which showed high waste over the past months are taken into account to prioritise those over other items
Each fresh item is described under different circumstances (Keep, TGTG or Outbound) including visual aid / pictures to compare real life situations
Hub Instructions
As instructed before, please remove all old ‘When to outbound’ print material
Please print & laminate the new guidelines and place at/near fresh fridges

Delistings & Shelf Changes

🚨Re-scanning 999X products
Due to a new way of assigning products system-wise, some inbound products might display shelf 999X or N/A, even though the product has been assigned a shelf on Relex.
In these cases it can take the system up to 30 minutes to create the shelf in the HubOne App for your hub. So kindly inbound the items on 999X and make sure to check them after 30 minutes or throughout the day.
🚨Overnight Shelf Changes
Shelf changes Hub 2.0: find here shelf changes for this week.
Shelf changes Hub 3.0: find here shelf changes for this week, these two products 100650326,111100881 will be moved from 999X to a new shelf.
You will find the shelf changes in the respective folders in the late afternoon, so please check around that time.

🚨New BHV training dates are available, please see BHV Master sheet to write in
Important to note:
For first time BHV trainees, you need to do an (1) e-learning course and a (2) physical training.
For repeat trainees, your BHV certificate is only valid for 1 year - after this you need to do the physical training again (no e-learning).We are lawfully required to have 1 first aider on site during operational hours - it is therefore required that all hub managers, shift leaders and ops+ have a valid training certificate.
All first aid certificates should be placed at the back of your BHV plan or printed out and displayed against the wall at the shift lead desk.

🚨Battery Cabinet management
Ensure that your battery cabinet has been correctly set up
All chargers to be stored below the shelves
Only batteries on top of the shelves
Cables neatly tied to ensure the cables do not prevent the doors from closing.
Label all your shelves, fully charged, charging and broken.
Store broken batteries on a complete separate shelf
Nothing may be stored on top of your cabinet
Make sure the Flink BatterySafety_Guide.docx.pdf is printed and displayed on your cabinet.
ℹ️ See Zendesk for further information on battery safety.
🙋♀️ Contact Navdeep Sandhu if your cabinet is not 100% working.
🚨Securitas / Alarm system issues reporting
Please fill in the S&T form for any alarm system issues in your hub. Do not directly contact Securitas as this will result in long delays as everything has to pass centrally first. If we are not aware we cannot help.
When to fill in the form?
Magnetic lock is broken
Alarm does not stop going off
Cannot activate the alarm system
