General Requirements for Riders Before Starting Their Shifts
Before accepting any orders, make sure you're fully set up. Here's what you need to do:
Always punch-in when you arrive at the hub.
Ensure your smartphone is fully charged, the Flink Workforce App is installed, and you have a stable internet connection.
Log into the Workforce app, assign yourself a bike, and get ready for your shift.
Inspect the bike to confirm it is in good condition and the battery is fully charged.
Delivering the Order
Accept the delivery through the Workforce app.
Locate the correct order number on the handover shelf.
Note that orders may be stacked together for multiple deliveries. In this case, your route will include multiple stops.
If it’s a stacked order (as seen during the handover process), make sure to identify all the orders in this batch.
Bring the orders to your bike and securely pack them.
Open the navigation in the app on your phone.
Place your phone in the holder so you can easily view the GPS while riding.
Ride safely and follow the navigation route provided in the app.
Upon arrival at the customer’s address, lock your bike and take the bags.
In the Workforce app, swipe "Slide when arrived" to confirm you've reached the destination.
Note:
On this screen, you can:
- View building type and ID check requirements (top-left)
- Translate customer notes (requires Google Translate app)
- See the doorbell name, identify the correct entrance, and check the floor number
- Confirm if an elevator is availableRing the doorbell and deliver the bags to the customer.
If the customer doesn't answer, call them. If there’s still no response, contact the hub for further instructions.
Follow the procedure for returned bags as outlined here.
If an age check is required, refer to the process here.
After delivering the bags, return to the Workforce app and swipe "Slide when delivered".
If you have more orders, repeat the process for the next delivery.
If no further deliveries are pending, ride back to the hub. When within 100 meters of the hub, swipe "Slide when returned" in the Workforce app.
Park the bike neatly and place all containers back on the storage shelf.
Select the next order and repeat the process.
FAQ
Customer is Unreachable
No answer? Ring the doorbell again and wait for another 1 min.
Still no response? Call the customer directly. If you’re unable to call the customer, contact your hub to do so.
If no one answers, ring one last time and wait for another 1 min.
Still no success? Report the order as can’t be delivered in the app.
Note: For park deliveries, you may only search for the customer for less than 5 minutes.
Delivery Area Is Not Accessible (lakes, woods, highways, etc.)
Check if the order has the outdoor delivery tag (green).
Possible situations include:
- The delivery is in an inaccessible area like lakes, woods, or highways.
- The delivery is in a dangerous park area after 11 pm. If this is the case, proceed as described below.Request a cancellation from the Shift Lead if the delivery location is flawed. The OA will process the cancellation.
If the Hub Manager does not accept the cancellation, proceed with the delivery as usual.

The goal is to deliver orders as efficiently as possible and ensure customer satisfaction.
As a rider, you're the first point of contact with the customer – you are the face of the company!
