Every Tuesday afternoon the newsletter is published here with the latest info for all hubs!

[ACTION] Deposit SKUs cleanup

  • Today some of the old non-deposit SKUs have been removed from the inventory system and only the new item should be used moving forward.

  • This means that per hub ±5 to 10 items will need to be re-inbounded on the new SKU. So please, for these items, check the total stock level and make sure that’s correct.

  • There is a chance that there are some actual non-deposit cans in between, which is a risk we are aware of, but to clean up the inventory, there is no current alternative. If this would bring any issues, these items will not be considered in the issue rates by CS.

  • Be aware that you might also see the items that are booked out in your inventory corrections - this is intended. Very important: Do not inbound on that same old SKU please, but use the new one!!!

  • Please find the list of items it concerns for your hub here.

  • Make sure to check all the items that are mentioned for your hub code.

  • Please try to inbound the items you have on stock somewhere today, so our inventory is accurate asap again.

In CW44 and 45, Lekkerland emballage counting will take place. This includes rolcontainers, dolly’s, rolly’s, CBL/EPS fust. It is very important that a hub manager (or experienced shift lead) is present!

9 hubs will have the counting at the time of the regular Lekkerland delivery (see date attached)

Procedure on counting day

Necessary preparations

  • Please return emballage stock the upcoming days to Lekkerland if you’re not using it.

  • Make sure the hub manager or experience shift lead is present in the hub on the day/time of the counting.

  • Gather all emballage stuff at one place in the hub.

  • Bundle the rolcontainers per 4.

Responsibility during counting

  • Be in the hub in time to welcome the Lekkerland driver.

  • Make sure to check whether the counting was before or after delivery.

  • Walk together with the truck driver through the hub, count and note the sum in the form which you will receive from Lekkerland (attached below).

  • Always do a double check before noting down the number.

  • Sign the list.

If you have a lot of emballage in your hub, please return these upcoming days to Lekkerland. This makes the counting easier.

Equipment Updates

____________________________________

[INFO] Overhead freezers stock allocation

  • It has been brought to our attention that the hubs are overstocking the overhead freezers on the top shelf.

  • Piling up stock in front of the fan leads to ice formation and this can potentially lead to the fan being damaged. This will affect the compressor and the freezer will then stop working.
All hubs are requested to make sure that the stock is allocated in an adequate manner ie. no stock to be put in front of the fan.

  • See more about it here.

[INFO] PPM Service and open tickets for MCFT (Door springs, rollers and bearings)

  • MCFT will soon start with the ‘Planned preventative maintenance’ (PPM) for all the cooling equipment in our hubs.

  • There are some outstanding tickets for door springs, rollers, bearings and rubber seals that will all be deleted from the portal and the engineers who will be conducting the PPM will solve all these issues on their visit.

[INFO] Winter rider gear

  • There are still a number of eligible riders who have not ordered their winter rider gear yet.

  • A list of these riders have been shared with the city managers.

  • Kindly encourage these riders so they can place their orders.

[INFO] Cycle service and feedback

A kind reminder for all the hubs to close the damage reports as soon as the bikes are serviced and if there are any service related issues for bikes, or any general feedback on service, it should be reported via
Zendesk → Submit a request → Fleet issue.

[INFO] Offline Rider bike assignment is fixed!

With the help of your feedback, from now, on riders cannot assign bikes to themselves while being offline.

This should help with issues where bikes are assigned to a rider who is not on a shift, and therefore can't be assigned to someone else.

In case you still face any issues related to bike assignment, please continue to report them in #tech_hub_service-nl

Delistings & Shelf Changes

____________________________________

[ACTION] Shelf Changes

  • Tonight there will be some shelf changes.

  • Please move the products to their new shelves tonight after closure or tomorrow before opening.

  • Changes will be made in the system overnight.

[INFO] No Delistings this week
