The "Hub Activities" is a feature in HubOne app's “Activities” tab. You use this function to log in the task you’re currently doing. |
Process
The following activities shall be logged in in the HubOne app under “Activities” > “Hub Activities”:
Open the HubOne app.
On the bottom left, click "Activities", and then "See categories" in the middle of the screen.
Next, select the activity you want to start, such as restocking.
A timer will appear and automatically start running. When you leave the app, it will run in the background.
The “Finish” button will appear 10 seconds after you start the task.
Once you have completed the task, click on the "Finish" button. This will stop the timer.
To move on to another task, click on “Back to task list” to see the list of tasks and select another one.
Important:
If you want to perform a different task, such as picking, while already engaged in another activity, a pop-up will appear, reminding you that you would need to finish your current activity in order to move on to another one.
You can either choose to continue the current activity or stop it and start another one.
If you want to resume the activity you stopped, go back to the “Activities” tab and start that task again. Follow the process described above.
Exceptions:
The only tasks you can perform while already engaged in an activity are the “Stock corrections” and “BBD Date correction”.
