[INFO] New Morning Sendouts - Daily Hub KPIs
As of tomorrow, we will start with a revised version of the Morning Sendouts to Hub and Hub Managers (now called “Daily Hub KPIs”).
What’s changing?
Additional KPIs added to better understand what happened the previous day
Adjusted layout of the report to make the information easier to read
Schedule time between 7-8am to ensure Looker functionality
Which Metrics are added?
Handover Process Compliance
# Containers assigned: Number of internal orders with container assignment (excl. C&C and UberEats orders)
# Shelves assigned: Number of internal orders with shelf assignment (excl. C&C and UberEats orders)
Rider Acceptance Compliance
% Offers Declined: % of Auto-assigned orders declined by the rider
% Offers Expired: % of Auto-assigned offers expired
# Manually Unstacked Trips
Forecasted orders vs actual orders throughout the day
Hub Closures
# Closed hours per hour of the day
# Total Closed hours per reason and turf
Shelf Checks completed & skipped per hour of day
% Inbound Rate: Quantity inbounded / quantity ordered for that day
Tabak Inbound: Quantity ordered, quantity received, quantity inbounded
Outbound value € per outbound reason

[INFO] NIX18 / Mystery Shoppers - Start in April
From April onwards Riders can expect to be checked by a ‘Mystery Shopper’ when the order contains tobacco / alcohol.
What’s changed?
From April onwards the Workforce App is updated where the Rider is required to insert the customer's age.
Hubs will be supplied with newly designed 18+ stickers to be put on the bag by Ops Associates.
The Employee Handbook is updated with a penalty for not being compliant to regulations on alcohol & tobacco deliveries.
Actions
You’ll receive a poster in the hub this week, please hang it on a designated space on the wall as a reminder for all hub staff.
[Info] Hub Account in Hub Portal to use reset password
For security reasons, if you are logged into the hub account in the hub portal, you will no longer be able to use the option 'Generate password'. When logged in with the hub account, just use 'Reset password' when needed and an email will be sent to the employee to reset their password.
Delistings & Shelf Changes

Following our monthly listing/delisting process, we have a round of delistings today.
Please find the list with all delisted products here.
Tonight, after closure, please remove all these products from their shelves and book them out as expired or TGTG.

[ACTION] Rider / Ops Associates Onboarding in Northpass
Please print off this Handout to hang in the hub or leave of the Shift lead desk for (new) Riders / Ops Ass to scan QR code for the mandatory onboarding course in Northpass.
You can also find it in your hub email inbox with the subject: “Handout - Rider Ops Associates Onboarding in Northpass”.
Each (new) Rider / Ops Ass can access the Onboarding course on their mobile phone and raise issues via QR code.
Please use the Training Completion here to see who has not completed the Onboarding course, using the Completions List w/ dropdown and select your hub.

Rider Ops

[INFO] Prevent Punch-in from break earlier than 30 min - Live Wed 29 Mar
What's changed:
After having punched out on break via the tablet; riders, ops associates and shift leads will only be able to punch back in after 30 minutes. If they try to punch back in earlier they'll get an error message.
Key Benefit:
Ensure hub staff take their (by law required) 30 minute break
