Guidelines & Policies

1. Accessing Payslips:

  • Starting from mid-September 2023, all active employees have the privilege to view and download their payslips through the Workforce App.

  • Access to the Workforce App is exclusively granted to active employees. Inactive users will not have access to the app or their payslips.

  • It is crucial to verify the status of the ticket requester to ensure they are either an active or former employee.

  • Under no circumstances should payslips or any other sensitive information be shared with unregistered requesters.

2. Former Employee Payslip Requests:

  • This process should be followed when handling payslip requests from inactive employees (former employees who have resigned or been terminated):

    • Confirm the employee's inactive status by checking their employment information in SAP SuccessFactors (SF).

    • If a voluntary or involuntary termination workflow is pending in SF, login issues may still persist for ex-employees.

    • For payslip requests dated before April 2022, please check the following process.

Step by Step for Payslips Before April 2022:

  • For requests predating April 2022:

    • Verify the employee's hire date in SAP.

    • If the requester is not found in SAP, cross-reference Fountain to ascertain their employment status with Flink.

    • Once confirmed as a former employee, locate and retrieve the requested payslip from the designated folders in the T-2 Shared Drive.

      • First locate their expansion number from the monthly payroll file from that time period.

      • Find the bulk payslip file for each expansion and open it.

      • Then search with the employee ID and download the employee’s specific payslip pages.

    • Provide the payslip to the ex-employee accordingly.
