Hey Team Flinkers! Quick heads-up about your payslip – it doesn't show the total hours you were physically at work but rather the hours you've worked, minus the 30-minute break.
The Payslip Breakdown
Your payslip reflects the hours you worked, excluding the mandatory 30-minute break, as per German law.
German Law Reminder
According to German law, once you've clocked in for over 6 hours, it's mandatory to take a 30-minute break.
Punching In and Out for Breaks
In order to align with the law and ensure accurate tracking of the correct number of hours on your Quinyx and ultimately on your payslip, it's highly recommended to:
Punch out when you take your breaks.
Punch in when you're back in action after the break.
See more here.
Quinyx
Quinyx shows the number of hours you were punched in for.
Your breaks are accounted for in Quinyx, and the deducted hours will be reflected in your payslip.
That's the lowdown on breaks and payslips. If you have any questions or need clarification, don't hesitate to reach out. Keep punching (in and out)! ⏰💼✨
