This guide describes the receiving process for products delivered by REWE. The receiving process involves a series of tasks that must be completed once the products arrive and before they are inbounded. The tasks include:
Arrival and unloading: moving the rollis into the hub and organizing them.
Delivery check-in in HubOne App: recording the delivery in the HubOne app.
Rolli validation: scanning and verifying if the rollis are intended for your hub.
Final confirmation: ensuring all rollis are scanned and confirmed.
Temperature Check for fresh, frozen, and ready-to-Eat (R2E) products: conducting the initial temperature check.
Complete delivery: signing the delivery note and proceeding to inbounding the products.
This guide is crucial for Shift Leads, OA+, and Hub Managers to understand and follow the process thoroughly. It ensures accurate evaluation of the quantity and condition of products received.

Process
Arrival and unloading:
The REWE driver arrives at the hub and unloads the rollis.
Move the rollis into the hub and organize them:
Dry and fresh rollis: in the inbound area.
Fruits and vegetables rollis: next to the fruits and vegetables shelves.
TKT (frozen rollis): next to the freezers.
Drinks rollis: in the drink's back stock area.
Take the Leergut (empty rollis and IFCO cases) out of the hub to exchange them with the REWE driver.
Delivery check-in in HubOne app:
Open HubOne app.
Go to Activities and tap Check in a delivery.
Under Select a supplier, choose REWE.
Adjust the time of arrival if necessary by tapping the pencil icon.
Rolli validation:
Start scanning the rollis.
The rollis will appear in green textboxes on the screen.
If a rolli might not be intended to your hub, a pop-up will appear:
Double-check the hub's name or code on the rolli label.
Tap Got it.
Select Right rolli if it's intended for your hub.
Select Wrong rolli if it's not intended for your hub (the rolli's textbox will appear in yellow).
Return any wrong rollis to the driver immediately.
Final confirmation:
Scroll through the list to ensure all rollis are scanned.
Click Confirm.
Temperature Check for fresh, frozen, and ready-to-Eat (R2E) products:
Open Flowtify.
Tap DE REWE Delivery Check.
Select the corresponding product category (Fresh [includes dairy products and fresh meat or fish] or Frozen).
Take a product from the rolli and enter its SKU number.
Measure the product's temperature with a thermometer:
Fresh products: 0° to 7°.
Frozen products: less than -15°.
Enter the temperature in Flowtify and follow the app instructions until done.
Complete the delivery:
Sign the delivery note (TRT-Schein) with the driver.
Proceed to inbounding the products.
Note:
If you didn't receive Fresh or Frozen products, you can deactivate the check in Flowtify as shown in the following pictures:
If you received BIO products in the delivery, see the receiving process here.

In this case, follow the instructions on screen and manually confirm that the hub's name or code on the rollis' labels match those of your hub. Once you're done confirming, tap Confirm and proceed as above.
Error message Barcode problem
If you scan a rolli and receive the following pop-up:
Proceed as follows:
Tap enter manually.
Enter the rolli's ID manually.
On the bottom-right, tap the pink tick.
Proceed as above.
Empties with recyclable materials
Empties filled with recyclable materials, such as cardboard and plastic, can be transported together with groceries on the same truck. It’s important, however, that there is a spatial separation between the recyclable materials and the groceries. Spacial separation refers to both the packaging/securing of the recyclable materials (e.g. bags or straps) and the storage space on the truck (e.g. right and left, near the truck’s sidewalls).
In case a driver refuses to take any empties with recyclable materials even though spatial separation would be possible, take pictures and create a Hub-Alert ticket.
It’s very important to not mix the recyclable materials. Otherwise, the Rewe warehouse could deny future collections of recyclable materials.
Please use the poster below to see how to separate the recyclable materials. You can also find it here.
Missing rolli
If you identify a missing rolli, meaning that the number of rollis you received and the expected number of rollis is not the same, do the following:
Note down the following information with legible handwriting on the TRT:
Delivery note number
Missing SSCC (see on dropdown below what a SSCC is)
Date on TRT Schein
Important:
Always give one copy of the filled out TRT Schein to the driver and keep the other copy. Keep in mind that one TRT gives you 2 copies: one white paper, and one blue paper.
On the bottom-right, fill out the Bemerkung with the following information:
Delivery note number
Missing SSCC
Date on TRT Schein
Signature of REWE driver
Sign it jointly with the driver.
Right after the delivery, fill out a Hub Alert ticket :
New ticket > Delivery issues > Rollcontainer/Pallet issues > Missing REWE rolli
You need the following information:
Dispatch advice number
SSCC
Picture of the TRT Schein
Important:
Claims are very time sensitive! They need to happen the same day of the delivery.
What is a SSCC?
SSCC means Serial Shipping Container Code (German NVE - Nummer der Versandeinheit) and is the unique ID of a loading device, e.g., a rolli or a pallet.
SSCCs are 18 digits long, and on the Rewe labels, you can find the number also as a barcode.
Where do I find the SSCC?
You find it on the rolli labels. They usually start with 34xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.
The Rewe delivery note also contains all SSCCs expected to be delivered.
Checking number of SSCCs on the delivery note
Compare the information on the delivery note and the rolli labels.
Here's where the necessary information is on the delivery note:
The NVE is where the SSCC number is, and the POS are the number of articles in the rolli. Use the POS to identify different rollis and to count how many rollis are you expecting.
Note:
The SSCC numbers in the delivery note come with a dot in between the numbers. Those dots do not correspond to the rolli's SSCC spaces in the physical label, as shown in the picture below.
After the list of SSCC and the items they contain, there are some sections called Fehlartikel, Weitere Hinweise, and Bio-artikel. Those are not part of the delivery note, so they are not in the delivery.
SSCC label
SSCC is missing
When you check the TRT-file and notice a SSCC missing, please submit a ticket immediately in Hub Alert under New ticket > Delivery issues > Rollcontainer issue > Missing rollcontainer.
We will then flag it the same day to Rewe, so they can provide a solution.
What is a TRT Schein?
TRT means Touren-Retourenschein and could be translated to tour return note.
On the TRT, you and the driver note down which empties were exchanged, i.e. what you received with the goods delivered by Rewe, plus which and how many empties you returned. This is important for empties tracking.
It must be signed by you and the driver.
Why are claims time sensitive?
When we claim something, the goods won't be ours anymore and the suppliers have the right to check them.
In the case of fresh and frozen goods (and depending on the claim and how to proceed) the cooling chain needs to be kept. Therefore, we need to call REWE and inform them about the situation, as well as if a rolli has to be picked up and/or if it is already on the way back to the warehouse so they can prepare accordingly.
Rolli is amaged, wrongly delivered, or under temperature
Create a ticket in Hub Alert:
New ticket > Delivery issues > Rollingcontainer/Pallet issues > Select the respective issue.
Proceed with the usual process of inbounding.
Throw away the products that can't be sold due to damage or temperature deviation.
How do I know if a rolli is badly stacked or damaged from transportation?
Transport damage usually affects the whole rolli and not just single products. It may occur if the rolli has fallen off the truck while unloading it.
See the following examples for transport damage and bad stacking:

Bad stacking
