Delistings & Shelf Changes

🚨Delistings & Listings
Please find here the delistings for the month of February. Make sure to remove them after today.
For HUB 3.0 please remove these products from the shelfs tonight with closure and not tomorrow morning. As their shelf location will be removed overnight, so the barcodes will only show 999X from tomorrow onwards.
As of Tomorrow the new listings will start to arrive to all hubs.
For today there are no shelf changes, neither 2.0 or 3.0

🚨Submit Flanderijn letters
Some hubs are receiving Flanderijn letters stating that we don’t have an electricity contract. Please, raise these letters in HubWiki -> raise a request -> External visits.

💡Shift Lead & OA+ KPI-based feedback conversations
March & April are going to be important months for us at Flink. During these months we want to show best in class operations. In order to reach this, we need all of us to operate at our best.
To give Shift Leads & OA+ insight in the performance of the hub during shifts they coordinate, we are launching a KPI dashboard specifically for them.
What is expected from you as a Hub manager:
Review this dashboard with each SL & OA+ on a weekly basis, identify & agree actions on how to improve operations.
Lets work with our teams to help them get 1% better everyday.

💡Olive Oil Temperature Issue
In the last weeks, we have seen all the hub alert tickets and messages regarding the G’woon Olive Oils. After discussing with the supplier, we found that the oils are stored in lower temperatures which leads to the oil having a cloudy effect when they are delivered to the hubs. After some time on the shelves the product should revert back to its original coloring/ consistency.
