Hub Ops / New Processes

🚨Important Update: Too Early Arrival of February Listings

We've received our February listings ahead of schedule. To manage this efficiently:

  • Please sell Fresh Items via TGTG: Immediately distribute the listings of fresh items through the TGTG platform.

  • Storage of Remaining Items: Keep all other items in the 999X assigned space as originally planned.

  • Your prompt cooperation is crucial to maintaining our service excellence. For any clarifications, feel free to reach out to Shantanu Singhal/Andrea Bulletti

🚨Inbound Everything

Non-assigned products can now be inbounded via HubOne. Please read below what changes for you in the hub.

What’s changed?

  • Any SKU that is known to our Flink catalogue can be inbounded via EAN scan, even if it is not assigned to the hub.

  • No need to create a hub alert ticket anymore

  • If there is no shelf assigned for the hub (type), the shelf number for these products will show 999X/N/A.

Process (Hub Actions)

  • Please create your own 999X shelf space (for dry, fridge, and freezer if possible).

    • It is not a planned regular shelf, but we leave it up to the hub to make use of the available space they have as efficiently as possible.

    • On this shelf, all unassigned (999X-N/A) products will be placed, or products with missing shelf assignment.

  • If you still receive a product which is not found in the HubOne App, or see this error message during dropping, please create a hub alert ticket (‘Missing SKU)’ as before.

    • Note: This will not change which products are being ordered for the hub, it only changes the process after they have arrived.

  • Products placed on 999X shelf can still be ordered by our customers and/or will soon be delisted.

💡HubOne Facings Feature

The number of front-facing products is now available in HubOne. When Inbounding & Restocking, OAs will find facings information in the app to refill shelves in the most ideal way.

What is it?

  • ‘Facings’ is the number of products shown in the front of the shelf (= rows of products).

  • To avoid restocking & backstock, we allocate more shelf space to high selling products (please note: NL country average).

  • Make sure to fill up the space indicated by the facings to utilise the shelf space in the most optimal way!

  • The facings are shown as Handling or Single Unit - depending how the product should be placed on the shelf

Note: if you think the facings information doesn’t make sense, you can make a HubAlert ticket (shelf issues > facings feedback).

🚨Securitas Alarm system and tags

  2. All tags no longer in use need to be deactivated.

  3. Your hubs must always be locked with a tag.

If you need to make changes:

  1. Please right click next to the tag which needs a change and leave a comment. Remember to tag Mariette Kraak in the comment.

  2. To order new tags, reach out to Mariette Kraak

🚨BHV training dates

With the sustainability drive in March and April, we are trying to send as many people as possible to a BHV training in February.

New dates for February will soon be added in the BHV Master sheet.

Please ensure that you sign up to the open slots asap. Also ensure that only SLs, HMs and OPS+ sign up for these dates.

Contact Mariette Kraak for information.

🚨Removal of the Backpack weight limits poster

All hubs should remove the Backpack weight limit poster that is in the hub. This is needed to be compliant with the latest risks inside our location. Also ensure that all your backpacks are stored away neatly. These are not to be used.

🚨Battery cabinet use and storage

As we are all aware of the dangers that come along with lithium batteries and the recent fire it is important that you take precautions when handling the batteries.

Please read the latest update about this on Zendesk Battery cabinet.
