[INFO] Onboarding shifts at fixed days
We’re testing a new way for applicants to book their 1st shifts in an easier way via Calendly, and for this automation to happen we need to set onboarding shifts at fixed days and hours across the country. So as of the end of this week, onboarding shifts will be available for new employees as follows:
Mon - 5pm to 8pm
Tue - 9am to 12pm and 2pm to 5pm
Wed - 5pm to 8pm
Thu - 2pm to 5pm
Sun - 9am to 12pm
New process will be as below:
New hub employees will get via email an invite to book their Onboarding Shift via Calendly - easier process, as they just need to fill a form and choose a date
D+1 shift chosen by the employee will be automatically created and assigned in Quinyx.
We saw improvements of up to 20pp in activation rate with this new flow, so let’s work together to roll it out for the whole country.
IMPORTANT: Don’t delete any shifts from Quinyx as this will disrupt the experience for candidates
[ACTION] New way of working for assessment centers
Since we pursue a new strategy, we will deploy a new way of working for opening assessment centers (slots). The reason for this strategy is to always have a sufficient number of riders in your hub.
The process will be as follows:
On Monday, the recruiters will communicate with hub managers how many assessment center slots the hub needs to open one week later
On Tuesday, the recruiters will check if this is done and if needed they will send out a reminder to hub managers
On Wednesday, if the number of assessment center slots isn’t sufficient, the recruiter will open online assessment centers or will come to the hub to support hiring.
FYI: the assessment center targets are based on:
Hiring target
Share of no shows on assessment centers: 50%
Conversion from assessment centers to approved: 66%
Which means with a hiring target of 3: 3/.5/.66 = 9 slots to be opened
[ACTION] Activation push - non activated riders +14 days
This is a list with non-activated riders where the contract start date was more than two weeks ago. Please get in touch with them to activate them. If there’s anything we can do, please let your recruiter, Simona, Nelson, Asti or Pieter, know.
