New Quinyx punch in/out update
To comply with Dutch labor laws regarding the right to work, it is essential that we can verify the identity of our personnel at all times.
Therefore, it is mandatory to punch in and out with a clear face photo on the Quinyx tablet. If the tablet is not working, inform your Shift Lead immediately, and the punch-in should be completed using the hub computer. This process adheres to GDPR regulations, as outlined in the addendum signed by all employees.
Action required:
Print the punch in and out poster and place it next to the punch-in tablet.

Most important for charging scooter batteries:
No charging scooter batteries inside the battery cabinet.
Charge scooter batteries inside the bike during the day or outside the bike in a designated area in the hub.
All scooter batteries should be placed inside the battery cabinet during the night.

Reminder: close damage reports in Fleet
We have noticed that several hubs have not closed the damage reports after the mechanic repaired the bikes. Damages must be closed in the Fleet as soon as the mechanic fixes the bikes. Please always keep the Fleet updated to allow for smooth operations in the country. See the correct procedure below.
The correct way to close damage reports:
When the mechanic arrives, double-check with them which bikes need to be repaired.
Before the mechanic leaves, check with them the bikes that were repaired.
Confirm that those bikes were repaired by checking them yourself.
If the bikes were not repaired, please let the mechanic know before they leave.
Close the damages in the Fleet for the repaired bikes as soon as possible, not later than the end of the day.

Reminder: defrosting freezers
Please keep in mind that once your freezer goes into defrosting mode and shows ‘dEF’ on the screen (see picture below), you do not need to do anything. This is not an issue; it only means that the freezer is in a defrosting cycle. You do not need to take out any products, you can leave them inside. Additionally, please do not plug out the fridge. As soon as the freezer finishes the defrosting cycle, it will automatically show the temperature again.
