New facings for dry products
Today, we will implement the new facing logic for all dry products. This update will be visible on your Zebra devices starting tomorrow.
In recent weeks, we have already implemented the new facing logic for all dry drinks. Therefore, we kindly request that you follow the instructions displayed on the Zebra regarding storage types (HU = Handling Units, SU = Single Units) and the number of facings. This ensures that the products fit correctly on the shelves.
If you have any feedback regarding the facings, please submit a ticket for "facings feedback".
Building last 10 racks for XL hubs
For all the XL hubs, we will build the last 10 racks from D71 to D80
You can find the corresponding numbers for your hub in your floorplans or shelf mapper.
This will provide more space for September listings that will go live on the 4th of September.
Build these racks two weeks before the listings go live.
In this way, in case you have a shortage of clips or shelves, there will be enough time to provide them to you.
The estimated time for building ten racks is approximately 2.5 hours. You can find the instructions here.
Key updates you can't miss

Reminder: OA+ nomination process
As communicated in previous months: since the 1st of July, employees that want to do an OA+ shift need to have fulfilled their required basic OA+ training. In order for them to be knowledgeable of all relevant processes in the hub and be equipped to safely coordinate a shift, it's necessary that they complete the OA+ training.
If the employee did not complete these training sessions, they are not eligible for doing an OA+ shift or be paid out accordingly.
Relevant docs:
BHV training (sign up via your Hub manager in this sheet)
Please make sure to not plan any OA+ shifts for employees that did not fulfill their training requirements. You can check the status of completed trainings here: BHV trainings and Safety assessment.
