[Action 🚨] Hub Task Prioritisation Pyramid

We’ve updated the Hub Task Prioritisation Pyramid based on the latest changes in the hub activities. Use the Prioritisation Pyramid to decide which tasks to give priority to during a busy shift.

The main goal is to make sure no orders wait longer than 4 minutes to be picked, as this is our biggest bottleneck impacting delivery efficiency.

The delivery of the copies will be done from next week onward for all hubs.

Please hang them on a designated place in the hub.

[Action 🚨] Feedback on Hub level Live Steering/Activity dashboard 💬

We would like to get your feedback on the Live Steering/Activity dashboard in Hub Portal. Your opinion matters to us, so we can make the necessary improvements to improve your daily operations.

Access the survey here.

[Insight💡] Inventory & Inbound Month - Week 1 results

We’d like to share with you the KPI Competition results from last week 27 (week 1, still 3 weeks to go)!

Credits to the Hub Eindhoven Geldropseweg’s team and HM Reza for scoring 90.6% (highest so far)!

Please note that, since we’ve encountered issues again, we put all hubs on 100% for the Inbound Checker.

[Insight💡] No Flyers in external orders

We are not allowed to add Flink Flyers to external (JET/UE) orders. To make OAs aware of this, we changed the Flyer pop-up at the end of the picking screen for external orders:

Please make sure your pickers are aware and do not add any Flink flyers in these orders.

[Insight💡] Units picked: coloring update in picking flow

On Wednesday 10 July (morning), we will release a small update to the picking flow in the HubOne app: the units you are picking for a product will be highlighted in yellow until fully picked. Once you’ve picked all items, the amount will turn green.

Please make sure to update HubOne in order to see the changes!

Shoutout to Kalin & Hub Eindhoven Geldropseweg for flagging this 🚀

Additionally, it may also happen that some products appear as “New listings”, but you might already have them in stock on shelf 999x. Please check there, and in case you can’t find them, that means you haven’t received them yet.

List of shelf changes for Hub 3.0: here

The shelf changes will be uploaded to the respective folder in the late afternoon, so check around that time.
