Outbounding is performed whenever there are products that are damaged, expired, or their conditions don’t hit Flink’s threshold for saleable products. This page will show you what to do for each scenario where you need to outbound products.

Outbounding is done in the following situations
When you are performing the inbound of products
When you are performing checks
When you are performing stock corrections
In the evening (bakery products)
You should outbound products for the following reasons
The product is expired/damaged
The product doesn’t meet Flink’s standards for saleable products:

Guidelines for dry products: any product that presents any clearly visible damage that makes it unappealing to sell/damaged enough to alter the product inside. For example, a dented/open/ripped/wet box, a damaged label, and so forth.
You receive bakery products early in the morning, sell as much as possible, and then in the evening you outbound them.
You have an equipment breakdown and need to remove the affected stock (Be sure to check with hub leadership first!)
The hub had a break-in, and products were stolen (Be sure to check with hub leadership first!)

How to outbound products in HubOne app
When you are performing checks and stock corrections, you can outbound products in the following way:
Swipe left on the product and click the “Outbound” button.
Pick the category in which the outbound products should be put in (expired, damaged, TGTG, or stock correction).
On the bottom, click “Confirm amount”.
You can then continue your task as usual.
When you are inbouding products, you will also have the option to outbound products by swiping left on the products and picking between the categories of "expired" or "damaged":
Once you confirm the amount, you dispose of the products as usual and continue the inbounding task as described in the process.
What to do with the products that are outbound?
Once the products are outbound, they should either be disposed of when they are expired/damaged, resold in Rescue Bags at a discount, or, in certain cases, taken to donations.
