[ACTION] Securitas Alarms Weekly

  • Weekly overview of alarms.

  • When your hub has an ” uitloopfout” , it normally indicates that the hub was not closed/ locked correctly. You can check the time of the alarm report to see when the issue took place. The alarm may only trigger the next morning or when you have bread deliveries. For the correct use of the alarm system please see Opening and closing the hub video on zendesk

  • When your hub has high” inbraak alarm” notifications, it may mean that the wrong code is used to open and close the hub with bread deliveries, it may also mean that there is faulty equipment or fault with the system.

  • When your hub has either of the below issues, please look at your alarm reports to pinpoint where the issue is.If you suspect a faulty system or equipment, please contact Mariette Kraak

  • Below the hubs that had high alarms for week 43.

  • Each Hub manager is the first point of contact for your hub in case of emergencies, make sure that you are in possession of a Stanley alarm card.

  • If you are not yet please follow the instructions on Zendesk POC changes

  • When ordering please ensure to order only the missing units for your first aid kit, these are very expensive and the box needs to remain sealed and on the correct spot in your hub at all times.
