Tonight, after closure, please remove all these products from their shelves and book them out as expired or TGTG.

Please move the products to their new shelves tonight after closure or tomorrow before opening.

Changes will be made in the system overnight.

Unfortunately it happens too often (last week 3x) that there is no one present at the hub when Lekkerland arrives. This is during opening hours and within the time schedule.

The result is that Lekkerland has to wait for a long time, neighbors are complaining, and we have to plan a new delivery time which leads to additional costs. Moreover, the delivery is postponed to the next day, which leads to enormous stocks in the hub.

Please help us make sure that this does not happen again and if there are reasons for closure, inform [email protected].

In October we will have physical inspections of all our hubs on labour safety topics. During these visits our Shift leaders and Hub managers will be tested on their knowledge on legal and safety topics in and around the hubs.

In efforts to make sure that everyone has the necessary knowledge, we are organizing some refresher sessions with hub managers and shift leads. To make sure all the relevant and correct people are invited to these sessions, we kindly ask that you fill in the SLs of your hub on this sheet by Friday 15 Sep SL & Rockstars all Hubs

In efforts to get the cleaning up to standard in all locations we have created an integrated system with CCS.

Going forward please use this link CCS support ticket system for feedback or additional cleaning requests. Always remember to sign off together with the CCS cleaner after each cleaning CCS Attendance. This link is on your daily check sheet as well. This must please be done while the CCS cleaner is there.

As part of the Mid Year review process, Monday September 4th we kicked off with the Mid Year review process for Hub Managers (Leapsome) and Shift Leads (Qualtrics). Please make sure to fill in the review on time!

Last Friday, a massive earthquake hit Morocco. It has caused a death toll of more than 2,000. Many people who are still alive suffer because of the damage. Some have lost family members, others their homes. If their house is still standing, it is often too unsafe for many people to sleep inside.

To raise money for the victims of the earthquake, YourCampus has set up a Giro 6868 benefit in the app. You can donate your budget and we will donate it to Giro 6868 set up by the Red Cross. Your budget will be used directly to help victims of the earthquake.

We are asking hubs to remind staff to use small containers. By using S-containers we maximize space on the bike and allow for stacking which means increased utilization rate.

Due to limited stock of new S-containers, focus should first be on repairing the current (broken) ones!
