🚨New BHV training dates available
Find the new dates in the BHV Master sheet.
Important to note:
First time BHV trainees need to do an (1) e-learning course and (2) face-to-face training.
Repeat trainees only need to redo the physical training (no e-learning) after 1 year, because their BHV certificate is only valid for 1 year.
We are lawfully required to have 1 first aider on site during operational hours. Therefore, all Hub Managers, Shift Leads and Ops+ must have a valid training certificate.
All first-aid certificates should be placed at the back of your BHV plan or printed out and displayed against the wall at the Shift Lead’s desk.
Actions to take:
Please fill in the form of BHVers working/not working for Flink so we can clean up the file.
Once completed, send in to Mariette Kraak the e-learning certificates of BHVers who did not do the e-learning but attended the training, so we can certify the candidates.

🚨Safety month quiz
The 1st of May marks the start of safety month. During this month, we will take a deep dive into safety topics. To do this, we need your valued input: please fill in the Safety Quiz - Safety is no accident!
🙋♀️For questions, contact Mariette Kraak
🚨Final reminder: update your evacuation plans
Update your hub's latest evacuation plan in the Evacuation plans NL folder:
Make sure to update this on a google .docx file so that changes can be easily done.
The plan should be updated in both English and Dutch.
The hubs that still need to upload their emergency plan/missing information can see their emergency plan tracker here.
🙋♀️ For questions, contact Mariette Kraak
🚨Reminder: safety assessment
This is a reminder for all hubs to finish the safety assessment. It’s part of the mandatory training for OA+ and SLs.
Check your hub’s completion status here
Share the Safety Assessment link with your staff who did not complete it yet
For employees who did not pass (below 85%), we will send out the assessment again soon.

💡CCS (Cullen Cleaning Services): contract cancellation
We have cancelled the CCS contract, so they will stop servicing Flink on 31st July 2024.
During this period, we need to ensure that CCS is still providing the service as per contract. As such, please take the following actions:
Fill in the CCS check in form with every CCS visit. This is important for payment purposes.
Make sure the work is performed according to this form.
If the work is not done accordingly, please fill in a complaint form.

Delistings & Shelf Changes
____________________________________
🚨Shelf changes
As communicated last week, we expect a larger number of shelf changes today than usual, due to the recent distribution changes that will mainly affect Hubs 3.0.
Consequently, you may notice certain products transitioning between their current shelf positions and shelf 999x, and vice-versa. This shift is a result of these products no longer being assigned to your hub size.
For XS hubs, this means you have some temporary additional products assigned to 999X. These will not be ordered anymore, but should be sold off via 999X for the time being. We are aware this is not ideal, but because additional items are already coming in, there is currently no alternative.
Find below the list of shelf changes for Hub 2.0 and Hub 3.0:
The shelf changes will be uploaded to the respective folder in the late afternoon, so check around that time.
Delistings: find here the May delisting list. The file is called Delistings W18.

💡YoungOnes Riders' Quinyx accounts
We had begun assigning badge numbers to external Riders to make them have to punch in to go online. However, the process to share them in Quinyx to other hubs where they have a shift is not yet fully implemented.
Here’s how it’s currently working:
For now, we are only assigning new badge numbers to externals in Amsterdam.
For the rest of NL, no new badge numbers are being assigned, but existing external accounts with badge numbers will keep them and still require a shift.
Eventually, all externals will have badge numbers.
What you need to do:
Search for the external Rider in the Hub Portal.
If they have no badge number, they do not need a Quinyx shift. The Rider can start working by tapping “Go Online” in the Workforce App.
If they have a badge number, assign them a Quinyx shift. Raise a ticket in #tech-hub-service-nl if you are unable to do so.
If you can’t find an account in the Hub Portal, wait until they arrive at the hub and try creating a new external account for them. Raise a ticket if you encounter difficulties.

💡 Auto-assign
The auto-assign feature in Quinyx is a functionality designed to help automate the scheduling process. It enables us to automatically assign shifts to employees based on predefined criteria.
The auto-assign function in Quinyx can consider various factors, such as:
Employee availability
Contractual hours
Performance, e.g no-shows, UTR
It also aims to optimize staffing by matching the right employees to the right shifts, taking into account factors like minimizing costs, adhering to labor laws etc.

💡Display of stock level during picking
During picking, OAs can now see the stock level of products on the product card! This helps them assess better if the products are on the shelf or in the back stock.
This feature has already been implemented, so you need to update your HubOne app to see it.
