New process for travel expenses from BHV trainings

With the phase-out of Payhawk, all travel expenses related to the BHV training will now be reimbursed directly through Payroll. Any expenses incurred after October 1st will follow this new process:

  1. The Hub Manager signs up the new OA+ nominee for the BHV training on this list.

  2. Once a month, payroll will receive a list of all travel expenses made for these training sessions during the previous month and will pay this out accordingly in the following month.

  3. The travel expenses are calculated in this way:

    1. Distance in km between own hub and the training location x Eur 0,19.

New V2 versions of the safety assessment

The safety assessment’s V2 test now includes four versions: V2.1, V2.2, V2.3, and V2.4. Each OA+ nominee will receive automated emails to complete these assessments.

If they don’t pass on the first attempt, they receive an automatic email for a retake. They have up to four total attempts to pass.

Once an employee successfully passes any version of the test, no further action is needed.

Why do we do shelf changes?

Shelf changes are primarily made to optimize product placement, such as moving items from an S to an XS shelf. This allows the shelves to be listed in more hubs than they currently are, expanding the assortment’s size across all hubs rather than concentrating it in only the larger L or XL hubs.

For example, by consolidating products on an S shelf, we can free up space on a relatively empty M shelf and streamline product placement from top to bottom.

This process will continue in the near future as we work to broaden our assortment. Expanding our assortment ultimately increases the potential basket size for customers.

If you notice products that don’t fit the shelves when following the facings, flag them via the “Facings feedback” option in Hub Alert.
